Notes in joining Themes & Motifs events:

  1. Exhibit space reservation opens one year ahead of the event.  Some supplier categories get fully booked a year ahead of the event.

  2. The Philippine Wedding Summit - June & Wedding Expo Philippines - September are both quota events.  Only limited suppliers per category are accepted.  Wedding Expo Philippines - March, on the other hand is non-quota but a deadline to express intention to join is imposed to keep supplier count per category to a manageable number.

  3. For quota events, Photographers are chosen by drawing of lots ("bunutan") to ensure a fair selection for both newbies and veterans.  Photographers that are members of participating one-stop -shops need not join the bunutan if an exhibit space apart from the one-stop-shop (or within the photographers' category zone) is NOT desired.   

  4. A One-stop-shop Guidelines to help ensure fairness to all concerned is implemented. 

  5. Themes & Motifs DOES NOT accept ex-deal arrangements on exhibitor spaces & major sponsorships for any of its shows.
